Please contact us if you are travelling outside of these areas and we will do everything we can to enable you to use our service. Delivery and collection arrangements will be made to best suit you travel requirements.

We can deliver/collect either from the airport, or from your place of accommodation, whichever is easier for you. Please choose your option on the checkout form.

If you are hiring a car from the airport, please let us know as we can then leave your order with the car hire company, so that you can get it when you pick up your car.

When you fill in the checkout form, fill in the area you need delivery to and the system will calculate the delivery fee for you.

Our standard delivery fee is R75 (except PE and Plett where it is R55) and includes delivery and collection of your order.

If your order exceeds R500 delivery is free if it is within our standard delivery area (R75). If your delivery costs more than R75 it will be added to your order. As well as this, any delivery or collection times that fall within rush hour (7.30am - 9.30am and 4.30 - 6.30pm weekdays) or on a weekend, the delivery charge will be included regardless of order value due to the amount of time it takes us to make the delivery.

Delivery/collection during these peak/weekend periods will also incur a 50% increase in the delivery fee to cover the extra time it takes to do the delivery/collection (only applicable for JHB, CT and Durban). If you require delivery in these peak times the delivery fee will be charged regardless of order value.
