Q. I placed an order from a Monday to a Monday (which to me is a week), and was quoted more than your weekly rate advertised. Why is this?
A. Our system works out how many days hire your order is for, so if you count from the Monday to the Monday it is actually 8 days (as we cannot use the equipment for another job on the day we deliver it to you or the day we collect it from you). The system then takes the weekly rate, divides it by 7 to get a daily rate, and them multiplies it by 8 to get your total.
 
Q. Are there a minimum number of days I have to rent equipment?
A. Yes, there is a two-day minimum charge for rentals even if the requested rental term falls below 48 hours.

Q. When does the rental term start?
A. From the day of delivery or scheduled pick up time.

Q. Can delivery be made to our hotel prior to our arrival and picked up after our departure?
A. Depending on where you are staying we may be able to arrange to have the equipment waiting for you.

Q. Can I pick up the equipment myself?
A. Yes, please contact us if you would like to pick up the equipment yourself, and we will make an arrangement for you.

Q. We will be staying at a private residence; can delivery be made prior to my arrival and returned after my departure?
A. Yes, once a contact name and number are provided.

Q. Can we be met at the Airport?
A. Yes we now deliver/collect from the airport. If you are using a car hire company for your holiday and collecting a car from the airport on arrival, please let us know when you book your equipment. We will then leave the equipment with them for you.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with the condition of the equipment delivered?
A. We are confident you will be satisfied with the condition of the equipment. We conduct safety inspections and sanitize each piece of equipment before and after each rental. If you are not satisfied with the equipment, we are happy to replace it as soon as possible.

Q. What are the rental terms?
A. Rental terms and conditions are clearly communicated under the Terms and Conditions section on this website. When paying for your hire online you will have to agree to these terms and conditions before proceeding.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your rental at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery will be charged 50% of the full reservation amount.

Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A. You should place your reservation as soon as you know your travel dates. Availability of equipment is confirmed when a reservation is made.

Q. When does the rental term start?
A. From the hour of delivery or scheduled pick up time.
