The
Babylite Loyalty Rewards Program
The
Babylite Loyalty Reward Program is our way of saying
"Thank You" to you, our valued customers. We value every
order you choose to make with Babylite, when you are
hiring for your own child or for a friend. We also really
appreciate when you recommend us to your friends and
family.
By becoming a registered
user on Babylite.co.za, you are automatically enrolled in
our money saving program. Members earn points (one point
for each Rand spent) when they place an order on our site,
and when their points reach a certain level (see below)
they get a discount on their next order with us.

How
to register:
1. Add the products to
your shopping basket as normal
2. Go to
the Checkout page, enter in your dates and delivery
address as normal
3. Click
the Proceed with Payment button
4. On
the next page you will be presented with a login box at
the top of the page. If you have already registered with
us fill in your username and password and click login.
5. If
you have not yet registered then click the
Register as a Babylite Customer (FREE) link
fill in your details
and you will be registered. Now click the Checkout link
and pay as normal.
6. Your
accumulated points will be displayed on the Checkout page,
as well as any discounts you will receive (the system
takes off your discount automatically).
7. You
must already be registered if you want to add points from
a telephone order. If you have not registered and place a
telephone order with us, the points will not be added.

I didn't register before placing my last
order. Can you add the points to my account?:
Since Loyalty Rewards Points are awarded once an order
is placed, we are unable to add points for previous
orders.
Where can I see how many points I have?:
When you go to the checkout page, your points and
applicable discount are shown above the final cost of
your order.
If I cancel my order will points be deducted
from my account?: Yes, the points that were
earned for the order placed are removed if the order
is cancelled.
Do I have to register to earn points?:
Yes, because Loyalty Rewards are tracked through an
automated system, you must be a registered user to
earn points. However, please rest assured that we take
your privacy seriously, and will never sell, rent, or
give your personal information to any person or
company outside of Babylite.
